Sexism in SNL?

To go along with this whole Tina Fey impersonation of Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live (see post below)...
Politicians are saying that that entire skit was sexist and unfair because they were poking fun at what Palin couldn't do while making Senator Hillary Clinton look like she was much more knowledgeable.
How is this sexist? Can someone explain this?
Or is this just the media trying to stir up more controversy with the Presidential campaign?

The funny thing is though that they were really making fun of Hilary too (i.e. the comments about her struggle to the white house, and she ran for president, just happened to be a woman)...Fey and Poehler themselves made comments about the media being sexist, addressing the issues. I think the politicians are trying to shoot something down that wasn't there to start with...It's like they tried to throw it back in the medias face but failed miserably..

I don't really see how it is sexist either. I do not think the media has been sexist towards them, but some people on t.v. shows and even viewers have said sexist comments.

I agree with Chelsea, I thought they were making fun of Hillary Clinton more than Sarah Palin. I don't understand how it could be considered sexist just because they made Hillary look smarter. I'm not sure which politicians are saying this but their claims make no sense. Obviously they are just trying to undermine the SNL skit. The fact that they are even trying to attack SNL is pathetic. They can't win any real battles against the media, so they're just trying to attack anyone they can.

SNL makes fun of everyone and everything. People are being a little too sensitive.
